Leadership Team
Leading by Service
Their efforts truly define whatever it takes. From late nights and weekend work, this team is usually the first in and last out. Stamm’s leadership isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves for not only their clients but for their team.
Executive Leadership
-
Dave Stamm
CEO
Once (wrongly) fired from The Gap, Dave is our fearless leader whose seasonal conundrum includes his La Croix car stash freezing during Wisconsin winters. The energizer bunny of the office, he’s a professional power walker attempting to be everywhere all at once with catchphrases that include love it, great question, my calendar is wide open tomorrow (it never is), and the world is on fire today. Don't let his title fool you, Dave is an all-hands-on-deck kind of guy that’ll do his best to find an ugly sweater for a company competition or jump on a flight to hand deliver equipment for a client emergency.

Anna Reinerio
VP Operations
Convinced she’d been duped the day she set foot in the old Stamm office (she’ll tell you the story), Anna was fortunately mistaken, dedicating her career to us and earning her place as the best in the industry. There isn’t a technical Rubik’s Cube she can’t solve (or find the resources to solve). Fueled by Americano coffee, Anna makes steering the Stamm Ship through the chaotic waters of our industry look easy (it’s not). She’s equal parts logical and creative, and never too busy to lend a helping hand with her trusty four-pawed sidekick Spence by her side. Her margaritas are the stuff of legends, and rumor has it she’s determined to craft (and trademark) the perfect signature Stamm cocktail. -
Greg Ventzke
VP Client Services
Maxing out the height of his standing desk on the daily (he’s that tall) and fueled by venti-iced Starbucks, Greg is Stamm Media’s client guru. He’s got a green thumb for client management (not plants), crafting and nurturing relationships from single-use AV rental into large-scale partnerships where we’re the exclusive vendor. You can usually find him pacing the hallways or locked in a conference room, cell phone glued to his ear. Greg's a sucker for a good theme party but does need his arm twisted to hit the karaoke stage.
Stamm Stories
The napkin effect
Anna Reinerio VP Operations, Stamm MediaDuring a kick-off call with a corporate meeting program, the client started discussing their programming theme—"journey to world-class.” How do we incorporate that into the technology and AV part of the project? While still on the virtual call, I found myself sketching mountains on a napkin at my desk. We turned that sketch into a mockup for an LED centerpiece where we got creative with LED tiles, assembling them to form mountains as the backdrop to their presentations. The client loved it and it's one of our favorite examples of executing and transforming a vision into reality.
