Once a year, we open up the Stamm Media shop and invite people in. No conference rooms. No decks. Just our space, our gear, our team, and a week to show you what's actually possible when you stop settling for an average production.
If you've ever been to a trade show and thought "we could do this better," this week is for you. Come se the setups we've built for national brands, get hands-on with the tech, and spend time with the people who will actually be on your show floor.
What to expect when you walk in:
Live setups running all week: Walk through real configurations we've built for clients across the country and see exactly what the finished product looks like.
Honest conversations: ask anything. Budgets, timelines, what went wrong on past shows, what we'd do differently. We're not here to pitch you.
Time with our actual crew: the project managers, engineers and designers who will be on your event. The people that will do whatever it takes to make your show magical.
Spots are limited to keep it personal.
We schedule visits throughout the week so you're never walking into a crowd. Pick a time that works for you - mornings, afternoons, whatever fits.

Strategy & Design
Each project starts with discovery where we get to know your event and what you hope to achieve—this also includes finding out what’s worked for you in the past and what didn’t. Regardless of your budget, we will work to develop concepts and renderings based on your objectives, themes, and space. -

Engineering
Taking into account safety, aesthetic, unions, and other constraints, we work to develop detailed plans for flawless execution. If you dream it, we’ll build it. -

Pre-Show
Each event receives a dedicated project manager who will work with you from inception to completion and post-show. They oversee owning all the technical and creative aspects of your event, managing weekly project calls alongside internal and external resources. -

Load-in & Install
We provide experienced, friendly technicians who become an extension of your team. When our technology is up and running, Stamm Media takes every opportunity to go above and beyond for our clients whether that’s stocking literature, vacuuming the carpet, or removing trash. -

Game Day
After testing, testing, and testing again, it’s finally showtime and our team is ready to monitor the ongoing success of your event. Once live, we’re hidden behind the scenes ready for any last-minute adjustments or pivots that you may need. -

Backup Plans
We’ve been in this business long enough to recognize that backup plans are a necessary component of everything we do. It’s inevitable that not every project will go off without an unexpected fire. From extra equipment to local partners at the ready, knowing all our available resources before we need them is a key part of our process. -

Post-Show
No matter the size of the project, post-event reviews are our standard. We look at what worked and what didn’t. Our mentality is that we learn something from every single event we take on.
