NASA ROCKET LAUNCH BROADCAST IN 360 VIDEO

For the first time ever, NASA streamed a rocket launch in full 360 video. Viewers with VR headsets, smartphones, and laptops could experience the launch sequence like never before! NBC News has it covered here.  

SCANALYTICS & BRIGHTLOGIC TEAM UP

Announced at the end of March, the alliance brings together the attention-grabbing ActiveFloor System from BrightLogic with Scanalytics' Advanced Data Platform. FACEBOOK GOING AFTER VR, AR, SNAPCHAT, AND MORE!

With Facebook's recent purchase of Oculus, everyone knew they were going into the virtual reality market. At their F8 event, however, Mark Zuckerberg outlined plans to implement and perfect features to supplant other industries including augmented reality and workplace communication platforms.
